PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
ADULT
- Two checks:
- U.S. Department of State: $75.00
- Greenwood County: $25.00
- Two photographs
- Birth certificate
- Driver's license
CHILDREN UNDER FOURTEEN (14)
- Child's long form of birth certificate
- Two parents of child have to sign consent form
- Two parents of child have to sign the child's passport application.
- Drivers licenses of both parents
- Two checks:
- U.S. Department of State: $60.00
- Greenwood County: $25.00
- Expedited Services - Add $60.00 for each application
- Passport Renewal By Mail (Customer Submits): $75.00
- Passport applications will be taken only until 4 P.M. daily. This will allow time
for our staff to process all applications and mail daily by 4:30 P.M.
- After 4 P.M. applications may be picked up and returned next day for processing.
