PASSPORT APPLICATIONS
Effective May 1, 2009, Passport Applications will be taken until 4:00 P.M. daily as follows:
- Monday – By Appointment Only
- Tuesday – Walk-Ins
- Wednesday – Walk-Ins
- Thursday – Walk-Ins
- Friday – By Appointment Only
Applications can be picked up and returned next day for processing.
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
ADULT
- Two checks:
- U.S. Department of State: $75.00
- Greenwood County: $25.00
- Two photographs
- Birth certificate
- Driver's license
CHILDREN UNDER SIXTEEN (16)
- Child's long form of birth certificate
- Two parents of child have to sign consent form
- Two parents of child have to sign the child's passport application.
- Drivers licenses of both parents
- Two checks:
- U.S. Department of State: $60.00
- Greenwood County: $25.00
- Expedited Services - Add $60.00 for each application
- Passport Renewal By Mail (Customer Submits): $75.00
