The Greenwood County Treasurer's Office oversees the collection, investment, and disposition of funds on behalf of the County as well as those for which we act as anagent. Collection of real and personal property taxes is made for the County, all municipalities, all school districts, and all of the over forty-five (45) special districts which operate in the County.

The Treasurer's Office is also responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing, as well as accounting and financial reporting.
